An internal application for customer and sales communication management, operated by Zibo SourcePro Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd.
SourcePro CRM supports authorized SourcePro staff in organizing customer communications and following up on business conversations. It is not a public sign-up service or a service for connecting third-party customer mailboxes.
Read-only Gmail access
After a mailbox holder authorizes access, the integration can read and save email information and message body text within the authorized scope. Saved communications are used for internal customer and sales follow-up by CRM staff with the required access permissions.
The current integration is read-only. It does not send, delete or modify messages, or mark them as read through the Gmail API.
Google authorization alone is not affirmative agreement for staff to read particular messages. Human review must meet the separate consent and limited-use conditions described in our Gmail privacy section.
