When you contact Zibo SourcePro Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd. (SourcePro), submit an inquiry, or communicate with our SourcePro-owned Instagram business account, we may collect your name, company, country or region, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, preferred contact method, project requirements, and other information you choose to provide.

Inquiry records may also include product interests, quantities, technical requirements, project location, utility conditions, drawings or documents you choose to send, and basic source information such as the page, referrer and campaign parameters connected with the inquiry.

For Instagram direct messages, comments, and private replies, we may receive the message or comment content, attachments that you send, your Instagram username and platform identifiers made available to us, timestamps, and technical event information needed to authenticate, route, deduplicate, secure, and respond to the interaction.

We also use necessary technical data such as IP address, browser or device information, request logs, and cookie preferences to operate and secure the website. Optional analytics data is collected only after you accept analytics through the website preference controls.

We use information to receive and respond to commercial kitchen equipment inquiries; understand product, customization, project, and sourcing requirements; prepare suitable equipment or project directions; coordinate specifications and suppliers; support quotations and order discussions; operate and secure our website and Instagram integration; prevent duplicate or unauthorized processing; keep appropriate business and support records; and diagnose or improve our services.

The Instagram integration is limited to SourcePro's own business account. It is not offered as a platform for connecting third-party customer Instagram accounts. We do not use the integration to enable automatic outbound messages, comments, or replies without an authorized business process.

Submitting an inquiry allows SourcePro to respond to that inquiry. Optional analytics and any separate contact preferences are managed through the choices shown on the website.

We may use service providers that support website hosting, database and security services, communications, analytics, and technical operations. Current infrastructure includes Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database and related backend services, and Meta and Instagram for Instagram platform functionality. These providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy commitments and, where acting for us, only for the services they provide.

When necessary to evaluate or support a sourcing request, information may be shared with relevant manufacturers, supply-chain partners, logistics or technical service providers, or professional advisers, limited to what is needed for the requested work. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law, a valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and system integrity. We do not sell personal information.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the inquiry or business relationship, security and troubleshooting, recordkeeping, dispute handling, and applicable legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the type of information, the purpose for which it was collected, whether the inquiry remains active, and legal or security requirements.

When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it. Deletion from backups and service-provider systems may follow their normal secure backup and deletion cycles. Meta and Instagram separately control information retained in their own products.

SourcePro is based in Zibo, Shandong, China, serves international B2B buyers, and uses service providers that may operate in more than one country. Information may therefore be processed in China or outside your country or region. Where applicable, we take reasonable steps to use providers and arrangements intended to protect information during such processing.

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, including access controls, encrypted transport, secret management, request authentication, and restricted processing paths. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of your personal information, to object to certain processing, or to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
