An open-front cabinet relies on an air curtain and is more sensitive to ambient heat, humidity, drafts and loading. Its procurement and site requirements are distinct.
Can it hold any chilled food?
No. The product must match the cabinet's validated use, temperature and packaging requirements. Open-food use requires explicit supplier and compliance confirmation.
Does room temperature affect performance?
Yes. Ambient temperature, humidity, nearby HVAC drafts, shelf loading and air-curtain clearance materially affect holding performance.
Are night covers available?
Night blinds or security covers are available on selected configurations and should be coordinated with operating hours and merchandising needs.
